Montage Community

To keep neighbors informed of current and future developments near our community, we are actively interfacing and collecting information from multiple sources, including developers, our city's planning department, transit, and other government institutions.

While this site contains some information, more details are available at the Montage Resource Center. As new information becomes available, we will also share it via email updates or the Neighbors of Montage Facebook group.

What's the Plan for our Neighborhood?

The Isabel Neighborhood Specific Plan

The current development near our community is part of the Isabel Neighborhood Plan. The plan was put in place when BART was planned to come to Livermore. The original plan called for a station at the Isabel exit, just up the street from our community. If you are a Montage resident, you can sign up for updates to learn more about the Valley Link Project which will supersede the original BART extension.

The Serenity Townhomes is designated as 2b on the map.

What's Coming in the Next 2 to 3 Years?

New Community by Shea Properties (2b - east)

Shea Properties (NOT Homes) will be building on the lot next to Montage Drive (entrance to the Montage Community).

Valley Link Project (I-580 & Isabel)

Instead of the original plan to bring BART (Bay Area Rapid Transit) to Livermore, a new project will kick off soon to add more public transportation to the area. Additional information is available in the Montage Resource Center.
